E3D V6 brass nozzle 0.4 mm for 1.75 mm
This is E3D's original brass nozzle for the V6 system, with a 0.4 mm orifice for 1.75 mm filament. The V6 is one of the most widespread hotends: the Prusa i3 MK3S+ uses it and, according to the shop, so do printers such as the Anycubic i3 Mega or the BIQU BX. Brass wears and fouls with use, and when a nozzle clogs again and again or extrudes thin or off-centre even after cleaning, swapping it saves hours of trial and error.
- Brass, 0.4 mm orifice, 1.75 mm filament and M6 thread; sold singly.
- For E3D V6 and compatible hotends: Prusa i3 MK2, MK2.5, MK3 and MK3S (and their S versions), Anycubic i3 Mega, BIQU BX or MINGDA Magician, among others on the shop's list.
- Brass conducts heat well and is the usual choice for PLA, PETG, ABS or TPU; with fibre-filled filaments it wears quickly.
- Change it with the hotend hot and two spanners, one holding the heater block, so you don't strain the heat break.
- It helps with repeated clogs, under-extrusion or no filament coming out when the cause is a worn or dirty nozzle.

How to choose the right one
Make sure your hotend is a V6, not an MK8 or a Volcano: they look alike but are not interchangeable. The compatibility list on the shop page is shared by all the sizes sold there, so check that 0.4 mm and 1.75 mm are selected.
How we choose products
usi3d shows products from other shops for their compatibility with your printer, because they help with a fault, because they ship to Spain and because the shop is trustworthy. The commission does not decide what we show or in what order.
