Plans and packs

Free, Pro, Max and Business: monthly credits, extra packs and the price of every action shown before you confirm. Plan credits are valid for their monthly cycle. Packs are added to your balance and do not expire while your account is active.

Automatic renewal: when you subscribe your card is saved and charged each month until you cancel in your account (it stays until the end of the paid month and nothing more is charged). No commitment. Final amounts in euros (VAT included).

What uses no credits

Painting your model, splitting it into parts, repairing an STL and converting formats run in the browser and use no credits.

Frequently asked questions

What is a credit?

The unit each action is paid with: a 3D generation, a diagnosis or an API query. You see the cost before confirming, and reopening an existing guide costs nothing.

When are credits spent?

Preparing an idea, attaching references and asking for a quote do not start the model. The job starts when you confirm Generate. For troubleshooting you see the maximum cost before asking.

Do credits expire?

Plan credits are valid for their monthly cycle and do not roll over. Pack credits do not expire while the account is active and are used after the plan credits.

How is a plan paid?

By card, in your account: you choose the plan, see the amount and pay. It renews automatically each month with that card until you cancel it in your account (it stays until the end of the paid month and nothing more is charged). No commitment. If a charge fails you get a notice with a link to pay, and if it is not paid within 7 days the account returns to Free.

What if a generation fails?

If the service cannot complete the job, the credit reservation is released. There are no free retries: if you get a model and want a different result, that is a new generation. Check the mesh before printing.

Can I use several images of the same object?

You can attach references that describe the same object. Multi-view, which rebuilds one mesh from several photos, is still under evaluation and is not offered yet.

Can I use my own STL or GLB?

Yes. The color editor runs on your device and uses no credits. STL keeps no colors; you can export the result as GLB or 3MF.

What if the AI cannot fix my printer?

It tells you: if there is no guide for your case, you get general checks, and what the AI does not know yet is noted so usi3d can extend its guides. You can try again with more details or a photo.

What about a team or a company?

The Business plan gives custom credits and API access to teams and companies, and is agreed by contract. Write to us through Contact (in every page footer), choosing «Business».
