How we choose products.

usi3d's shop is a showcase: it shows products from other shops and takes you to their website to buy them. This is how we decide what to show and in what order, and why the commission plays no part.

What we look at

That it fits your printer: each product says which printers it is compatible with; if it names none, it works with those that use that size or that material.
That it helps with the fault: after a diagnosis, the AI only suggests products related to the symptoms of your case that work with your printer, four at most.
That they ship to Spain: shops that sell and ship here.
That the shop is reliable: official brand stores and well-known shops, with clear shipping, returns and warranty terms.

What does not count

The commission plays no part: no product comes first, appears more often or gets a better spot because the shop pays a higher commission or because its link is an affiliate link. And nobody pays to be listed.

How we order them

In the shop, by product type (filament, spare parts and nozzles, build plates, accessories…), then by material and then by name. You can sort by price or by name and filter by material, colour, diameter or printer.
After a diagnosis, the ones that best fit the symptoms of your case and your printer come first.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking them, the shop may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra: you pay the same as if you went there on your own.

Every product says so on its label, “Advertising · affiliate link” or, if it is not one, “Link to the shop”, and we remind you above every block of products.

You buy from the shop: your contract is with it, under its terms, and it is responsible for the price, shipping, warranty and returns.

Prices, photos and descriptions

The shop sets the price and it can change: we only show one if it was checked in the last 48 hours, with its date; otherwise, “See price at the shop”. VAT is included; shipping is set by the shop. What the shop says when you buy is what counts.
Photos are the official ones from the shop that sells the product, only from shops that allow it for their affiliates, and they carry its name: “Photo: 3DJake”. If one is ours, we say so; if a product has no photo yet, we do not show one that is not its own.
The descriptions are ours and for guidance: check at the shop that it is what you need.

Your data

When you click a product's link, we record the product, the shop and the time of the click, without linking it to your account and without your IP. We do not give your data to the shops: what you do on their website is governed by their terms and their privacy policy.

usi3d's AI

The AI recommends by fit with your fault and your printer, never by commission. It does not write links or product names in its answer: products go in a separate block, after the diagnosis and with their label. A recommendation is a suggestion: check that the part works with your printer before you buy it.
