This is the original ADXL345 accelerometer Creality sells for the Ender 3 V3 KE. You fit it to the printer, it measures how the machine vibrates as it moves and, with that data, the printer works out its vibration compensation (input shaping), which filters out resonances. The result is fewer ripples and echoes on the walls just after corners, the defect known as ghosting or ringing, especially at high speed.
