3DJAKE nozzle cleaning kit with needles
This is the basic nozzle-care kit: ten fine needles to push into the tip with the hotend at printing temperature, tweezers to pull away the plastic that comes out and a copper brush to clean the outside of the nozzle. It's for minor clogs and for residue that makes the purge line come out crooked or thinner than normal. If the nozzle is worn or the clog sits higher up, in the heat break, needles won't be enough.
- Contents: 10 cleaning needles, 1 pair of tweezers and 1 copper brush.
- 0.3 mm needles: they fit nozzles of 0.4 mm and up.
- Use them with the hotend hot, at the temperature of the last material, and without forcing: the needle should go in straight.
- The copper brush cleans the nozzle and heater block without scratching them the way a steel brush would.
- If filament still won't come out after using a needle, the clog is usually in the heat break and you need a longer rod or to strip the hotend.

How to choose the right one
Check your nozzle size: the 0.3 mm needles only fit orifices wider than that. For clogs higher up, in the heat break, look at a clog-clearing rod that pushes from the top.
