Creality Clog Poke hotend unclogging rod
When the clog isn't at the tip of the nozzle but higher up, in the heat break, fine needles can't reach it. Creality's Clog Poke is a stiff rod, 1.5 mm thick and 210 mm long, that goes in from the top, where the filament enters, and pushes the jammed plastic down with the hotend hot. It's a tool designed for printers that use 1.75 mm filament.
- Rod of Φ 1.5 mm and 210 mm long for 1.75 mm filament hotends; part number 4008060111.
- Use it with the hotend at printing temperature, after removing the filament and, if needed, the inlet tube.
- Push firmly but don't hammer: the aim is to force the plug out through the nozzle, not to strain the heat break.
- If the clog keeps coming back, look for the cause: the heatsink fan, excessive retraction or a badly seated tube.

How to choose the right one
Check your printer's manual to see whether the maker recommends clearing clogs from the top and how to reach the hotend. For residue at the very tip of the nozzle, fine needles are the better tool.
How we choose products
usi3d shows products from other shops for their compatibility with your printer, because they help with a fault, because they ship to Spain and because the shop is trustworthy. The commission does not decide what we show or in what order.
